Summary

This book is not about how to become a leader.

It is a guide to recognize potential and empower future leaders.

"Lead Exponentially: Your path to developing authentic and intentional leaders" is written directly to current leaders, especially those in established roles who will one day need to pass on the torch. The book does a good job explaining the importance of actively developing leaders. Topics range from the discovery phase to the transfer of responsibility phase.

What makes this book great:

  • quality audio

  • well-written

  • valuable content that is different from a lot of leadership books

What this book lacks:

  • Reed Nyffeler states early in the book that sports and religion inspire him. Many of his examples flow from these interests. If these topics do not resonate with you, then this book may not be the best fit.
